[Java Edition] Save / load control config

Add the ability to save the control config, with a custom name, and to load it after. It can be very useful because if you change the version some controls are reset.

You can also add a new menu, next to "Auto-Jump" it the Contols section, with a list of all the saved config, and the possibility to rename / delete them.
