Command Output toggle

Add a gamerule command to disable or enable displaying the command output

It gets really obnoxious, and it makes the game lag on some consoles. The only way to stop it is to set yourself to member. I want to still be a operator and be able to disable command output.

    Thats already a thing the command is /gamerule commandblockoutput false
