Just like the farmer now harvests food for the villagers, why not adding a job for the cleric? I call it the bless, if the cleric blesses one villager, no animation is shown except for golden light particles around the blessed villager. If a cleric blesses several villagers around him in a radius of 10 blocks, it makes a praying animation before the status effect kicks in. The bless will give the villager a speed boost of 10 seconds as well as a healing buff for 10 seconds.
