/respond Command

A /respond command that would function similarly to execute, but would execute on a keyword in chat.

- /respond "keyword" @a anycase say @a Hello World -

Would say "Hello world" in response to "keyword" in any case

- /respond "wild" @a caps spreadplayers @s -

Would randomly teleport player in response to "WILD"

You get the point...
