Endermen build

Endermen should build more often and more interesting.  And endermen should pick up chests.

    I really like this idea although I disagree about the chests. Enderman are intelligent enough to pick them up and place them somewhere else. Maybe they can pick up like a maximum of seven blocks and place them in a procedurally generated pattern around the area. Just to show that they can.

    They should be able to build the blocks into a few different kinds of structures, like maybe a hut and some kind of statue or something?
