(Bedrock) Change Item Tooltip Box Texture

The item tooltip box texture is unbelievaly ugly. It makes the UI look bad. I don't know who made this but I want to say this is so bad.
It also doesn't scale right with the text, also it's not transparent.
I want it to be changed. Please do it.
