Off Hand Inventory Access

Make it so the Off Hand held item is available when accessing exterior inventories (eg; chests, crafting table, etc).

A lot of us use the offhand to hold two items we switch between often (and almost never shields). It would be nice to be able to access this slot when using exterior inventory menus. Instead of realizing the item you need to move is in your off hand, exiting the exterior inventory, opening your player inventory, moving the item out of your off hand, then reopening the exterior inventory. Just, put a "floating" slot to the left of the already present "inventory" section when accessing an exterior inventory. Done.
