Make cave sounds a slider in the audio options

I love the Ambient/Environment setting, but I'm sure a lot of people hate the cave sounds. They are really the only reason I turn them off. So I feel there should be a different slider labeled "Cave Sounds" or something along the lines, the slider would disable cave sounds (of course) completely. I can't really go in depth with this idea, so I'll just end it here.

    Why does Mojang do this with Java only? I am really annoyed by this as well...

    Personally i play minecraft on the xbox one and cave sounds are annoyingly scary and i think this is a great idea for a slider in the audio settings because all audio settings we have are music and sound and thats it
