Flooded river cave

There are many rivers that just abruptly end when they hit a mountain or large hill but I think it may be interesting for it to lead into a cave in shallow water as if the river eroded into the mountain. The cave wouldn’t be too deep and would be a quick way to collect a bit of resources and to make the world look nicer.

    I love to ride boat on river but river just stops a lot. It's good idea.
