Status Clear Arrows

Maybe add a tipped arrow to remove a status effect or prevent additional status effects from being added to a player for a short duration. I think it would be crafted like tipped arrows but with milk instead of a potion. I think this could be helpful in a multiplayer scenario during a raid. Witches are throwing potions you could shoot your friend with a clear status arrow to remove the poison much like a bucket of milk would.
