DownName NBT tag

You can put the name down the armor stand only by {Marker:1} but from my view point it's stupid cause the marker should do its function (Make the armor stand just a visual thing) but changing the name position should have its own NPT tag (For Example:DownName) & make it work for all entities not just the armor stand
