Tiered villages

I know I’m late for 1.14, but the one thing I would like to see are tiers in villages. Tier 1 would be like how the villages are in 1.14. Tier 2 would have bigger house, like 3-4 4x4 rooms. Tier 3 would have walls and a main building. The solution would be for there to be a class called builder, you give them supplies and they build it.
