[Bedrock] All minecarts should transfer and take items like they do in Java

In java edition, if you have multiple minecart chests underneath a hopper, the hopper will only "give" items to one (the first minecart chest to be underneath the hopper). This behavior also applies to hopper minecarts and also if you have one hopper "taking" items from two or more minecart chests above it. In java, all minecart chests are registered, and it makes item splitters impossible and can make autofarming and technical redstone very difficult and much larger than it should be. I've tried mentioning this issue on the bugtracker, but it probably belongs here. The technical Bedrock community is for the most part very small, so if you see this, show your support and help get this issue fixed!
