Remove Head Bobbing For Off Hand Maps

The way off hand maps work in vanilla Minecraft is essentially a mini map, but it has only one issue, the head bobbing when you move. To be able to see the off hand map you have to come to a complete stop just to see the dang thing.

I know I could just disable the head bobbing entirely to have this work the way I want it to but I like having the head bobbing on, the off hand map is the only part that I have issues with head bobbing.
