If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Nether and End Portals Load Chunks On The Other Side

Not as a permanent chunk loader, but if they're within spawn chunks or someone's render distance, they can load the chunk they're in on the other side of the portal, so it's faster to switch dimensions.
