An option to toggle nausea is necessary

The nausea effect causes me, and many others, real-life symptoms.  

 

The nausea effect can cause real nausea and migraines, and forces us who are effected by this to turn away from our screen, turn off the game, or suffer these symptoms.  

 

These symptoms can last many minutes and makes Minecraft very unenjoyable to play.  

 

Please add an in-game option to disable the nausea effect.

    Please make this a thing, it is almost difficult for me to go through portals on bedrock edition. Makes my eyes hurt and makes my stomach turn. It's understandable for it to be a potion effect but for it to be everytime you go into nether is just too much, at least make a slider so I can change the severity of the portal nausea effect.
