Uninstall/Disable/Unload Tag for Data Pack Functions

If you ever want to remove a Data Pack from your save file, removing it from the datapacks folder isn't enough to reverse the changes it made. There are still tags, scoreboard objectives, and even UI artifacts (bossbar) that may remain. It would be nice to give datapack builders a way to undo the changes that their datapack made if users want to remove it. Since there is a Load tag for calling a function when the datapack is loaded, it would make sense for there to also be a tag for calling a function when the datapack is unloaded. Perhaps this could be tied to the disable option available through the datapack command. This Another option would be to add another option to the datapack command for Unloading or Uninstalling the datapack. That way, users can disable a datapack without completely blowing it away (players can keep their scores, etc).

    For example when a data pack creates A LOT of scoreboards that are not needed while the pack is disabled. Would be very useful! Yes please Mojang.
