Zombie Pigmen gives gold nuggets after death, so why not zombies? I think that they shouldn't give so much iron nuggets as we got from zombie pigmen, 'cause it'd be too op, however - for me - there should be about 50% for zombie to drop iron nugget.
I think that husks could drop iron nuggets with higher chance 'cause they're kinda "rare"...
