Hey again. This time I have another proposal. The Ghast should have more health points. Why does it only nearly have as much health as a silverfish? I love fighting this mob and it has so much potential for more intense and stimulating combat but I just hit it once or twice or flick back one of its fire balls, then its over. This is very disappointing for me because I love combat in Minecraft and even an zombie has more health. The ghast is a very unique and powerful creature and I think it should have 30 health points. Now I know all of you are thinking now "No, it'll be so much harder to defeat now" and "No, it will be too overpowered", but I have come up with a short list of solutions.
- Ghasts will now hover closer to the ground so that they are slightly easier to hit with both meele and long-range weapons, but still high enough for a good fight.
- Ghasts could maybe have very slightly lower attack damage. The Ghast has even more powerful attacks than the Ender Dragon and the Wither so its extra health will overpower it a little bit too much. Maybe if we lowered it a tad bit, the Ghast wouldn't be that hard to kill.
- Ghasts have another drop. If we are going to make the Ghast a worthier opponent, then it should have something special to make it worth the fight, as well as the combat. I think maybe they should drop fire charges or maybe even gunpowder, which is great for brewing potions.
