This structure would rare and would be appearing in the mountain biome. It would have walls with stone bricks and silverfish blocks with floors and stairs made of spruce wood. The structure appears as a massive tower with five floors full of many rooms. The rooms would have bookshelves, enchantment tables, and chest with rare loot. Chest could have some enchantment books along with emeralds and diamonds. There would be some red stone traps and secret rooms that can be opened by the lectern. These lecterns could have books that talk about the lore of Minecraft.
Other than silverfish living in some of the blocks, the structure is the home to some new mobs. These mobs would be the tomes and lore guardians. The tomes are flying books which have been enchanted. These books were created by the lore guardians to protect their sacred tower of knowledge. They shoot projectiles that knockback players and mobs hit by them. They would have fifth teen health points and do one heart of damage. These mobs are neutral and would only go hostiles if you attack them or a lore guardian. They also attack illagers and zombies. The lore guardians are a sect of ancient villagers who have made these towers to hide and protect their sacred knowledge from the rest of the world. They wear enchanted black and violet cloaks. These mobs wait at the top of the tower in a large room, spawning on groups of five and are mainly silent. If attack, they could use enchanted bows to defend themselves and can use health and invisibility potions to heal themselves and escape from threats.
This structure would be pretty neat to see in the game since there isn't much going on in the mountains of Minecraft. It would also serve the purpose of introducing new players to enchantments for their gear. That being said, this structure would have to be super hard to find as you don't want new players to come along and get overpowered gear in a few minutes. Another purpose of this structure could be expanding the lore of the Minecraft world, which would make the game more interesting.
