The parrot's AI could be tweaked to be a bit more forgiving when it comes to taking them long distances.
Mainly, the distance required to fall from in order for the parrot to jump off the player's shoulder should be increased from 1 meter to 1.5 meters, so that the player can both fully jump and descend simple hills easier.
The mob's path-finding could also be improved so that they don't walk/fly into hazards quite as much.
