This change change would not mess up any Minecraft. It would be necessary that in the villages, there is a villager with a profession of artificer. He would live in a small tower with a flat roof. On top of it, there would be one or two dispensers with fireworks in it. His loot table would be: gunpowder, some dyes, some papers and stars of fireworks. Sometimes his house will spawn with sugar canes planted in his garden. He could exchange the same thing as his loot table. Finally when you win a raid, he will launder several fireworks.
This novelty could with an update in its own right. Like fireworks with more shapes or more combinations ... etc.
