Light Level and Coordinates in Base UI

It would be nice to have the option to see the light level of the current block and the current coordinates without going into the more detailed debug screen. These two pieces of information are what the typical user looks into the debug screen for on a regular basis. With how cluttered the debug screen has become it is a pain to have it open all the time while in situations that require torch placement.
