(Realms) Changing World Preferences

Certain world preferences are not able to be changed, at least I don't see a clear way to change certain settings. Things like "fire spreads" and "tnt explodes" are just a few of the settings I'd like to change on my realm, as well as pvp. I do not see a clear way to do it in the main realm edit menu. My realm is in survival and without cheats, so I would like to be able to toggle these settings like you can on a regular offline world.
