Bats need to drop XP

Bats are very hard to hit. This is why I feel like they should drop the most XP of any passive mob, to reward the player for having hit such a randomly moving and hard to hit mob.

    But why would you want to hit a Bat when they drop nothing good?

    To me it seems like a waste of time to hit a Bat and they shouldn't drop the most xp out of every passive mob.

    Blast Burner you'd want to hit it for XP, making it more useful, and compensating for the fact that it drops nothing, is hard to hit and makes an 'anoying' squeaky sound.

    I just realized that this is a post saying that bats should drop xp but in my head I though it was a post saying that bats should drop something good. I'm terribly sorry. I got confused with another post saying what I just said. I will happily vote for this but they still shouldn't drop the most xp out of every passive mob.
