Brightness setting

Minecraft was undoubtedly was intended to be play at moody brightness, so, allow us to lock brightness at a certain setting so everyone on a server can experience the true game without temptation of changing brightness for an advantage. Maybe add a "brightness bypass" where you could put some peoples use names for them no to get affected.
