(World Generation Option) Reduced Amplified

This suggestion is simple: Make a new world generation option that is basically the same as Amplified, except that it has a height generation limit that is dropped down to about 150.

The reason for this is that while Amplified is fun to fly around on and build into, it is really frustrating to not be able to build on top of mountains to any significant degree. Pulling it down a bit would give players about 100 blocks of height to build stuff overlooking the Amplified terrain, while still being able to enjoy the chaos and variety that this terrain offers.

This would probably also result in a more usable version of Amplified for those who don't have beefy computers.
