Man made lakes, rivers or ocean will spawn fish

I tried making a lake or river or whatever you wanna call it, basically a large body of water in hopes that Fish would spawn in it but it didn’t work because it can’t be a man made lake, it has to be in naturally generated water Biomes, I was hoping that maybe there could be some spawning conditions that would let you make fish spawn like if the floor is gravel or sand with sea grass and stuff and that no matter what biome you are in there will be water Biome chunks in the world like Slime Chunks for example Lukewarm chunks, cold water chunks and depending on which chunk you put water in depends on what fish will spawn, I would like this because how cool would it be to see naturally spawning schools of fish in water you put for them?
