Changes the world fx or world music to players. If Executed at you in a different <fx> name, an automatic refresh is required in a dimension you're in.
/fx [player] <fx:def|overworld|nether|end> [set:world|music|all] [liquid:def|air|water|lava] [clouds:def|clouds|clear] [dimension:def|overworld|nether|end|all]
- [player] Changes the fx to players. It affects new players if blank.
- <fx> Changes the sky, and lighting or music.
- [set] Sets to [dimension]. "World" if blank. If "music" then only [dimension] after that.
- [liquid] Changes the liquid color. Bonus: If "water" blue if overworld, red if nether, and purple if end.
- [clouds] Set the clouds to "clouds" or "clear".
- [dimension] Sets a player's fx in a certain dimension. "Def" is where the executed player is at.
