The Firebrat: The infernal variant of the Silverfish

Firebrats IRL are small insects closely related to silverfish (The real life ones, not the MC ones). Firebrats would serve as another hazard to be aware of within Nether Fortresses. They infest Nether Fortress blocks, just like how Silverfish can with the different variants of Stone. The blocks they can infest would include; Nether Brick, Nether Brick Fences, and Nether Brick Stairs. They would dissuade players from stealing the blocks from the fortress, and instead making their own out of Netherrack. Their attacks would be more powerful than that of a Silverfish, and they would set the player on fire. They'd also drop slightly more XP than their Overworld cousins. 

In terms of drops, I think that they should drop Fire Charges, providing another way to escape the Nether if you become trapped. 

I think they'd add a new challenge the already challenging Nether, and then every dimension would have a Silverfish variant of its own. Silverfish for the Overworld, Firebrats for the Nether, and Endermites for the End.

    It would be nice if they dropped fire charges, I wouldn't vote otherwise, if a mob doesn't have some small use for a player (with some exceptions) the players will hate them.

    Great mob idea and good idea for a drop. They can be lava proof and maybe be able to swim through lava too

    Maybe they would follow the same naming convention as the Endermite. Nethermite sounds more like something that would be in Minecraft.

    I think this would be a good addition, it adds more preperation for a nether fortress.

    I think, based on the name, they should infest magma blocks, but that's just me

    And have them spawn around Ancient Debris to make mining it even MORE fun. And have a potion effect that spawns them too (maybe called Fever).
