Make any item render scaled up on the head of a giant mob [Java]

This would be very useful because currently, only armor items render on the head of giant's and you can't remodel armor. The only place you are able to put any item is in the giant hand but the giant moves around a little bit so the 3d model would move and this is almost always not what you want. 

This is useful because currently if an entity that is wearing a model on its head is out of view then the model will disappear. With giants being much bigger then armor stands the chance of this happening in the player's view is much smaller. Also you can create very big models with a giant

    Absolutely, been waiting for this to happen for such a long time! Too bad posts like this rarely receive enough attention to actually change anything.
