Cape Creation Contest for future events

Contest: This contest would be like the one from Minecon eons ago and would have EVERYONE make a cape for a future event. The winners will have their cape added to a future event and will have their ape added to their accounts, and the losers will have their custom cape just be added to their accounts. The artwork on the cape must have an Elytra Texture along with the Cape Texture in case people with the capes use the Elytra. This contest will be a yearly one and can happen whenever the Minecraft Team is in the mood for an event but have no sort of ideas left to make the event (basically just a filler event)

Reason: Although capes are valuable pieces of art. Why not make a challenge for artwork, but with a twist. the losing ones can have half of what the winners get (by only having their created capes added to their accounts)

    How about the winner gets a prize, as well as their cape, and their cape gets given out at a Minecraft event, honorable mentions get their cape and they get to give their cape to up to 5 friends, and the losers get nothing because capes are meant to be special and they cant give custom capes out.
