Popup tips for new items

For the game, I love how theres new crafting items that you can use to craft new things, but there should atleast be a little popup for the first time you place down a block that has a certain use [like a crafting table or a smoker] and tell what it can do. It would really help since new players or old players might have a hard time using any new items.
