Option to disable auto-crafting

I don't like cheating in Minecraft or in any other game, it's just my biggest pet peeve. The auto-crafting book is not my kind of thing, at all. But what pushes my buttons is when I first start up my world and go into my crafting table, the auto-crafter section always shows up on the left of my interface (no matter how many times I turn it off, it'll always show back up after a game restart). Please, Mojang; for the sake of us, fix this by adding an auto-crafting disable switch in the game settings so that I and many others can learn how to craft on our own, if it means Googling it and interacting with the crafting table instead of clicking a button to magically craft our desired item! You can't learn something if you're never able to practice it.
