(Console Parity) InGame changelog

Have something maybe in the main menu or in the pause menu that you can take a look at the change log without having to leave the game. Kinda like console edition

    As far as I know, the changelog is in the How To Play.

    Bedrock has already this features but we need this feature in Java Edition mostly.
