(Bedrock) Skeleton horses should be reworked

It looks almost as if very little time was put into programming them. But at the same time, they handle really differently from other horses. Theyre more floaty and kinda janky and imprecise. The normal horses handling should be copied over to the skeleton horse, and skeleton horses stat RNG should be changed in 2 ways: higher max stats, and more possible stats. Skeleton horses should be worth the pain it takes to obtain them in my opinion. They probably dont need armor, but buff their max health to 20 hearts to make up for it in that case. Their jump height is fine, but they should be faster. Maybe make their speed equal to normal horses. Just make them strong enough to be worth it, because in my opinion, it being undead and able to go underwater doesnt justify it being as weak and janky as it is as a counter balance. I want them to be more than just a spooky trophy :).

    Skeleton horses should be allowed to wear horse armor. This will help make up for them being weak for no reason. I also believe that they should have all max stats a horse can get and not settle for speed only.
