Optional Food Drop

Why don’t you add a setting that toggle between animals dropping food and specific items, ex. A chicken drops raw chicken and feathers, or it could be animals dropping their food or meat, ex. A cow drops steak ONLY. It would help a lot, and with Meat Drops enabled, let experience points drop too. Please add it soon, like 1.15.

    Use the loot tables. This is exactly what they're there for. Making in game switch would be annoying because then you need a switch for every permutation . I would like to see a command to alter loot tables easily in game. Somebody I think suggested already.
