Desert dungeon

There should be a treasure map or locator map only obtainable by trading. Any it leads you to a giant desert dungeon when you go in there is lots of traps and loot etc
But eventually you find this big room with a giant worm creature and when killed unlocked an achivment "Deserted Dungeon" and gives 10 levels of xp and more loot
