/gamerule flysurvival true/false

I want a /fly command but that is a gamerule so it is for everyone
EG. /gamerule flysurvival true

    Wait...

    You can fly in survival mode by executing /ability command, all you have to do is just turn the education mode on.

    Also, with that command, I think you can mute someone.

    Yes, you can do both of those things with the Education mode turned on, plus you can stop them from placing and mining blocks.

    /ability <target> mayfly true 

    is the command you want

    Outrowed, it's only on bedrock so no it's actually a good idea
