Improved and Complex Commands

Kindly add a gamerule that changes commands from simple(/summon ..... ~~~ ) to complex(summon .... ~~~{[......]} . Please add complex command so we can use the commands more complec and we can edit it's status. Thank you(Mcpe 1.12.0 beta)

an example I'm thinking of is /summon tnt {fuse:0,radius:1000000}.

Not sure if it is the same thing but this is my interpretation and suggestion.
