nether patches

so basically there are floating nether portal block placed in a circuallar [sorry if spelled it wrong] way patches of netherrack spawning with pigman and maybe wither skeleton which are rare but i think it will be to OP and the purpose of this thing is that it makes purpose exploring more higher and these things will be rare as finding a mesa or a ice spike biome thats it and thank you if added this thing mojang...
