    @TravelByTrain I mean the squid have a habbit of swimming onto land dying from their own stupidity

    Hmm good point but squid can get on top of each other as well and die THAT WAY I've seen it 3 times I just facepalmed then laughed then felt bad for laughing it is unwise to underestimate their stupidity but they SHOULD fix that cause THAT is stupidity incarnate

    Instead of a baby squid a squid egg drifts in the water and slowly sinks and is collectible using a water bucket. the egg eventually becomes a baby squid witch will instinctively swim 3-5 blocks below the surface and act as usual when adult.

    PLEASE! I created a banner shop on my realm and I have a high demand for banners that require black dye. I have searched the entire ocean and haven't found a SINLGE SQUID. this way I would atleast have an infinite source once I found 2. please minecraft I beg of you.

    You could breed squids with fish that way you could make a black dye squid farm!
