Charged Creeper Design Improvements

We all know about the Charged Creeper. They’re more dangerous and somewhat rare but the design of them doesn’t get the players on their feet that much(That’s just my opinion). For the new Charged Creeper design the aura will not be affected but the mobs skin specifically. The Creeper will have glowing blue eyes and parts of its body will look like lightning cracks showing that it has a lot of power. This would show more definition to the mob and I would love this to be in game.
