Ability to mute player chat while allowing commands

It's irritating on a server to have to completely disable chat when someone's running a foul mouth, especially when commands feature prominently in the game-play. I would suggest an additional option in the chat settings wherein the user could toggle their own ability to see others chat inputs.

    There is already a way to just see commands . Muting a player would be nice
