Advanced Endermen

I would like to propose an addition to the Enderman that would make it not only more difficult to kill, but also scarier.  My idea is to add some sort of hallucination that occurs when you stare at the Enderman.  Perhaps if you stare at him long enough, it could become disorienting.

    I feel like this should be added to asl Endermen. The Elder Guardian is a good mob to replicate this effect. It could show the face of the Enderman on the player's screen and add an effect to the player (i don't know which effect tho).

    Maybe I think it should make the screen flash into invert shaders and back again rapidly for a few seconds, as it has been confirmed Endermen see that way.

    I think that's a great idea, actually, it sounds like the scene from A Minecraft Movie, where Henry looks at an Enderman.
