15 New Colour Blocks for a VGA Update

So, we all know how hardened clay by itself is a different red from the normal one you see on wool and concrete blocks, right? And how when you add a new colour to the hardened clay it becomes mostly that new colour but with a red tinge to it? Well, I was thinking why not go all the way? Add in fifteen new blocks which will start out as, say a slightly different version of blue. Then, whence a colour dye is added, the block becomes that new colour but with a blue tinge to it. Doing this would allow for up to 256 colours to possibly be available. Since the original 16 colours are basically CGA, the new blocks would be for a VGA update. I don't know if these new blocks could be crafted from existing ones or added into the game. Either way, I think it would be an amazing thing to see. Hope it appears in 1.15!
