Add a option to use PC graphics

We can select a option to use these graphics, (Rotating 3D pickups, More particals, etc.) that are not currently on Bedrock, as there is a great difference between graphics compared to Java or other platforms. It makes sense why these are not in Bedrock, As Bedrock can be considered as "A lower end" platform for weak devices. However, Mobile devices are becoming stronger by the day, and Console platforms have incredible RAM and Memory, so it would be great for people, (Like me.) who play on multiple platforms.
