Toggle gamer tag visability

For many player that i know including myself I feel like we need this command, technically we already have this but i would like a way to make name tags invisible without the use of scoreboards, for many roleplay and mini game creators this would be very helpful, I don't know if this would be possible but I imagine it would be a command like this " /gamerule ToggleNameTagVisability " this is just a suggestion I don't expect it to be added but, thanks for listening.
