When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Bells and observers

I don't know if this was suggested for not, but bells should give off a redstone signal via observer when rung. I had this idea when I was trying to make a door.

    Agreed! Something that would make bells better, especially in a raid situation, would be for them to give off signals. This way, if someone wanted to see pillagers from further away, or to alert all villagers in a wider area, you could connect multiple bells via redstone and just ring one to set all of them off at once.
