Glowing Obsidian Portal and Dragon

The Glowing Obsidian Block, what a truly amazing looking block. Lots of people want the block to be added back into the game, I don't really want just that. I think that the plane old nether portal gets kind of boring after looking at it for a while, and I think I know how to fix that. What if, when you light up a nether portal, it has a chance of turning the obsidian blocks of the portal, to the amazing glowing obsidian? I think that this would be an amazing feature for a couple of reasons!

The first reason is that Glowing obsidian is added back in the game, only this time its for java edition. I think that this would make absolutely everyone happy as lots of people want the block(including me) and it would work amazingly for decoration. It would keep the old texture for the glowing obsidian.

My second reason is that nether portals would have a lot more variety. If obsidian blocks randomly change to glowing obsidian blocks, that means that the outcome is random. This would make extremely neat looking portals and would awake more creativity to all.

This block would be amazing if it were added in the game! If it is to be added back then I think it should come back with a huge hit. I think that it should burn you if you are standing on it, but not only that. When you respawn the ender dragon, I think that if you were to place some Glowing obsidian blocks on the side facing away from the portal of each crystal and make the dragon respawn, the dragon would become a much more powerful version of himself. It should instead spawn the "Glowing Ender Dragon"(would look like the normal ender dragon but bigger and red) which has twice the strength of the wither and ender dragon combined. This would do for an amazing boss battle and would give you very good loot when defeated!

Obviously, when defeated it drops the ender dragon egg on the pillar along with the thousands of XP orbs falling from the sky but it should also give you... "The Ender Star" which is used to make a beacon which has more status effects(of which could be not spawning mobs in an area, no hunger, and others you could choose) and a larger range. It would also be used to make the Power Elytra which constantly boosts you while you are crouching as if fireworks were repeatedly launched. It would be crafter with one Ender Star and normal elytra. I think that instead of shooting dragons breath at you, it should just shoot FireBreath instead.

I think that if it were to be added to the game, the game would reach new heights! Thank you if you read everything this far and I hope that this could be in a future update!
